Hotline A service for the Lexington area Latino community. Hotline volunteers will also try to facilitate communication in languages other than Spanish.
Purpose The ESOL Hotline provides a free, 24-hour translation service for area residents who would like help facilitating communication with English speakers in medical facilities, schools, and businesses. In addition, Hotline volunteers are available to go in person to appointments at which an interpreter is needed. All interested agencies must sign a waiver.
